Manager, Business Applications
Exo is taking medical imaging where you never thought it would go — everywhere. We are looking for a Senior Manager Business Applications to successfully deliver SAP technology projects to support the overall business. In this role you will be responsible for the entire application lifecycle management process. This candidate should be located in the United States and preferably in California.
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP resources to deliver SAP Projects for Finance, Logistics, and Sales & Distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to understand the requirements and implement solutions to automate and enhance efficiency.
- Responsible for the delivery of technical application administration services for SAP applications in production and development environments, verifying applications meet technical service levels, and taking appropriate corrective and maintenance actions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to Senior Management on SAP modules and the overall SAP environment.
- Oversee integration of SAP with other applications and systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deliver solutions to the user community as needed.
- Define systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet requirements; document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements and provide backup for SAP consultants as needed
- Support the Negotiation of Vendor renewals
- Implement and coordinate technical controls ensuring all necessary systems and network security updates, patches, and preventive measures
Education and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with SAP including S4/Hana
- Experience supporting various SAP Applications, including Finance, Logistics, and Sales & Distribution
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for SAP Administration and operations.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced and global environment.
- Experience with IT Service Management tools.
- Knowledge of medical devices, digital health and/or ultrasound technologies is desirable
